The legend of Mother Nature is one of the oldest in the world. What happens when a legend turns out to be true? Chaos reigns as earth rattling storms claim lives and the seasons seem to change at will. A single woman is behind it all and she is using the elements for her own gain. She is the embodiment of Mother Nature and she is the reigning True Elementris. She can only be stopped if a new True Elementris is born and accepts her powers.
Seventeen years ago Ava Vangeretta was born with that power; all the earth’s elements at her fingertips. As she nears her eighteenth birthday, she is faced with a terrible choice. Will she give up her power and have a normal life with the man she loves or will she accept her destiny and become the next True Elementris?
After the inexplicable disappearance of Lilly Taylor’s parents, she has no choice but to move to Canada where she unravels some frightening yet intriguing family secrets…
Her whole life had been based on a lie. Lilly had grown up in a loveless home with a father who she had barely ever seen and a mother who was… well, not very motherly.
After they mysteriously disappear without a trace, Lilly is sent to Canada where she finds a whole new way of life. A life filled with love and people who care for her. But that’s not all she discovers, Lilly also finds out that she isn’t who, or what, she thinks she is.
Lilly has a very special ability and it’s just a matter of time before her true self starts to shine. And when it does, her life will never be the same again.

Title – Rise of the Fallen: Book One in Andrew and the Quest of Orion’s Belt series
Author – Ivory Autumn
Release Date – Early summer 2011
Publisher – Lost and Found Publishing
Blurb: To whom it may concern, and you should all be concerned.
I told Ivory not to publish this book. But Ivory never listens to me. For being an elf with such big ears, her hearing is very bad.
So, now here we both are. You wanting to read this VERY DARK tale. And me trying to warn you of the dangers that could happen if you do. You, probably being an ordinary person and all.
No disrespect to ordinary people. I like them…or you. But, generally, ordinary people are toxically attracted to things that are not so healthy for them, like candy, and those old broken-down buildings full of nose hair twisters, and throat gobblers—forgetting that they should be very afraid of dark, spooky, creepyish sort of places, until it’s too late. Be WARNED that this book, once cracked opened, will cause the innocent lights in your bedroom to quake and shiver, and perhaps go out, leaving you in the darkness. So keep a flashlight, or a glowing, friendly, non-poisonous mushroom nearby, just in case.
Only brave individuals should, and dare, to read this book. As for myself, I’m brave. I’m not afraid of the dark. Except for when it’s dark, of course. Ahem.

The “Roaring Twenties” was a time of great change, when women raised their hemlines and bobbed their hair. It was a time of independence, courage, and adventure.

It was different this time; we weren’t acting on a dare. I knew our motive; we were practicing the act, hoping to impress the right boy when it came time. But then something happened—in the mix of the moment, in the mix of the alcohol. It wasn’t planned, but somehow our kissing experiment turned into something else. Things went further . . . and once they had, once I returned to earth from the euphoria . . . I wrestled with my feelings at that frank realization, questioning whether our said objective was entirely true. With unshakeable frankness, Amber Lehman paints a memorable portrait of what it’s like to be a questioning youth in today’s world.
Synopsis: When fourteen-year old Krista McKinley transfers from Catholic school in Ohio to California’s public Crestmount High, she discovers she has a lot to learn. Luckily, she is befriended by Carrie and Brandon and things start to look up. But when a simple dare tests Krista’s values, it sends her entire world spiraling into a confusing series of events that leaves her questioning her identity as well as the people around her.
Summary: EyeLeash captures self-discovery in the 2000s, and showcases the colorful, intricate drama in two youths’ relentless search for themselves — and what’s really in their hearts.
